Recruitment of Human Resources and Administration Officer
Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (the “Board”) is a statutory body operated under the Pneumoconiosis and Mesothelioma (Compensation) Ordinance. The Board is inviting high caliber candidate for the post of Human Resources and Administration Officer.
Human Resources and Administration Officer
(Starting Salary: $35,775)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all functions of Human Resources, Administration and Training including but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Staff Development, Reward Management, Ordinances Compliance, Office Renovation/Administration and Digitalization, Knowledge Management, Production of Annual Report, Staff Training Programs etc.
- Handle procurement and its system, and Committees work such as preparation of agenda, papers and minutes.
- Managing administrative staff including Office Assistants and out-sourced cleaner.
- Support for data analysis, workflows review, policies amendment and production of related reports.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor and Secretary General.
Requirements
- University graduate of relevant discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Good interpersonal communication, writing and computing skills in both English and Chinese. i
- Experience in Knowledge Management, Procurement System and in-depth application skills of Word, Excel and Powerpoint are an advantage.
- A devoted, proactive, passionate, detail-minded, organized, independent and out-going person with high integrity and strong experience in all rounds of human resources, administration and training functions.
